Registered clubs in NSW are required by law to maintain a temporary members register. Unfortunately, for years the technology available to meet that requirement was either prohibitively expensive, painfully outdated, or both.
We saw venues locked into multi-year contracts for hardware that broke down or software that feels like it hadn't been updated in a decade. VenueScan aims to reshape the industry with a modern sign-in platform at a price point any club can justify.
ID scanning systems handle sensitive personal information. We treat this responsibility seriously. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold or shared with third parties, and access is scoped to your venue only. Your venue's data belongs to you.
